We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  1. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the product.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and jewelry items are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

  1. Replacement

If eligible, we will provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product, subject to stock availability.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
